Of course I did….as well as at T2 to the run. It was beautiful. I was also asked by a triathlete to teach the dismount, so that was nice. Anything I can do to soil the pristine image of the tri is a good thing.

I’d help ya out but don’t really have the time and although I don’t exercise, I’m pretty good with the goals thing. Doing a marathon and him this year.

This is GREAT news, you are finally growing up and starting to get it! BTW, training is waaaay overrated. Ask me sometime how many hours I trained for IMF, (hint – you do more in 2 days than I would do for a week) Have fun cutting your teeth in Mud tris.

I am fine with the Pagan rituals so long as we are calling it what it is and it stays true to Paganism. The commercial aspect of these holidays is obnoxious though and that is not a Pagan thing. I am pretty sure I can blame Russell Stover and Hallmark for almost all of the annoying aspects of any given holiday. haha

haha I got talked into crits back in the day. Then I kept doing them because I felt like there was something wrong with me for hating them. It got to the point where I did not ride my bike between races because I hated it (racing) so, so much. At some point I stopped giving a crap about what people thought because I knew that I just didn’t want to do it…and once I stopped lying to myself, I actually became a better racer…in the dirt. I am fantastic with that.
